.MIS with a TV serie
Using the FOLDER.MIF AND FOLDER.JPG and combination with a .MIS
I just dropped folder.jpg in each folder (\Eureka, \Weeds)
Another way (one by one)
Below, you a need a .MIS for the show(Eureka)
I used Info2MIS and extract it from tv.com (took me only 10 seconds) to do.
Below, I created a folder.mif for Atlantis. I did not copy folder.jpg but I used picture-content in the folder.mif and gave a description. Notice that Angelas eyes has the full path vs Atlantis.
Instead of folder.jpg, I got atlantis1_1600×1200.jpg. If I had ripped a DVD series, I could added the scan of each disks/box
At the end of the season, I could then burn them to 1-2 DVDs(divx) to make my own “poor man” season boxset.
If I want to watch it later or loan it to someone, I would just pop the DVD in the computer and have all the info I need. Hopefully, DVD player box will support the .MIS by then.
The same step can be made for 3-6 movies but with themes (Chick movie, Zombie, Action). I figure that folder.mif would not be needed.
